25 days waiting on tutor reply and it has yet to happen
<p>I sent in a request to ********** on the 20th of march 2017, to clarify questions on the an assignment I had, After a few days I did not get a reply so I went to their online website and I used the live chat option and I spoke to a person there which requested I send the email to them and they will send it to the department to get it solved this was 4th april 2017, after another few days still nothing, my student advisor contacted me and I explained the situation whereafter another person called requesting I send the email again to her and she will also get it sorted which was the 10th of april 2017. and I have yet to receive any clarification on the assignment, If it should take them almost a month to reply and not receiving any assistance from this department I would not recommend any person to study with oxbridge in the future.</p>
