Unprofessional ******

I have signed up for the social housing at conradie park in pinelands. I paid half of my deposit 5500 and I did not sign a least yet . I eventually decided to not take the place and requested my refund. This was a month back that I requested this. It's now at a point where I have been emailing them for my refund. I have been very patient chasing this up everyday and disappointingly I was as till today still no refund . I was first advised 2- 3 days and I gave them a week made contact again they said they will follow up with finance. I emailed again they advised of a delay and they will do it same day. I then waited still nothing no communication. I msged them they saw my msges and chose not to respond. I emailed again now I'm getting automated responses meaning they moved me to a automated response box. I am so stressed out in my new place having to chase this up and they seem to not want to refund me my 5500 . This is my money and I'm about to seek legal advise but please be careful this people are not professional and it's been a messed up stressful time trying to get this money back. This including me so much distress as I have paid a deposit where I'm living now and I'm waiting on this funds causing me financial distress. Be careful , I'm so dissapointed at the level of unprofessional.
