Pay back my R350.00

Please use the same swift response when proof of payment was sent through. REFUND ME R350.00. Nowhere YOU have updated that certain units are not available. It was your responsibility to have placed it on your social pages.

Application fee is non-refundable. You haven't placed your clause in that if a unit is not available due to YOU not having it a refund is not refundable. You haven't placed the responsibility on the applicant to confirm if YOU have stock available. YOU just left your advertising as is with NO updates.

Many times and like a drug addict I've tried calling the landline number on insta page *** and it never comes through. Infact YOU select on what to respond to especially if no payment was made.

After many times of calling and not getting through. On 19 May 2022 check your insta page message sent about the number I am not getting through YOU decide not to respond.

On 20 May 2022 message conradie park insta page asking them for assistance in getting hold of You as *** doesn't. They gave me *** the same. They even said that they've "forward my query to the team. We will respond to you as soon as possible."

Diligently I call and never come through.

11 July 2022 searched for Own Haven East London got through to them *** they told me "the number is not working" and gave *** called no one answers. WhatsApp *** as your Own Haven logo is showing on as profile but no answer just blue ticked.
