Own haven terrible service

I have been in contact with a agent from own haven but he or she has been ignoring my messages I can clearly see they online on WhatsApp I drove all the way to the flat to view because I was asked if I can view yday and I said yes before going there I asked if I can go through I was ignored I went incase he or she will be waiting for me. Own haven agents are the worst they can not do business n treat clients like ****. They waste ur time and petrol
