Own haven put me between a tiger and a lion

I got an apartment to rent through Kemp Estate in 2015 and beginning last year Kemp transferred all their rental section to own haven. The hand over was not up to standard as it was not explained to own haven that the water and levies was included. Own haven kept on demanding that I must pay water and levies. I had to get Kemp to explain to them and after a while they understood. It was after they were arrogant and told me that 'we at own haven we people for water and levies'. I humbly explained to them that we have to follow the agreement I had with Kemp estate. Currently, I am looking for a place because they are kicking me out on the 31st of May. They do not care about the lock down, they sent me an email that say on the 31 May I must take all my stuff out of the flat hand over the keys. I'm in the middle of the tiger and a lion. On one side, I do not want to break the rules of the land set to curb the spread of the pandemic on the on the other side if I do not look for a place during lockdown I may see my wife, two babies including a 4 months old on the streets of east london exposing ourselves to the virus. How do I escape this situation where the surface is as hard as a concrete slab on one side and as rough as a hard rock on the other. AA on the other hand promises to help me with the battery when time comes they say I must pay on the spot for otherwise I must call the ambulance if I have a problem . Why our government cannot have companies that do what these companies do, because we grew up during apartheid era we tried our best to make our lives better under those circumstances but at the end of the day there is still these elephants in the room. We cannot hide from them because they are the only ones to choose from and we end up having to choose between a black mamba and green cobra.
