Own Haven - Not releasing my deposit

Good day, own haven east london are refusing to pay back my deposit after I gave a month's notice and did the inspection after moving out and handed over the keys. I was told I will receive my refund after 14 calendar days on the 01 September 2021 and today I was told the owner has to do a inspection first before they can release my refund.
