Own haven caretakers (**********)

Greetings

I am very appalled by the conduct of the so called caretakers of Own haven specifically the Southernwood Square complex. They rent out apartments to subtenants and next thing don't pay back deposit. It has been a wild goose chase, lodged a complaint with the office and they still have not rep****. The so called caretakers have to be held accountable. Some people just take places as posted on facebook not knowing the repercussions later on! Own haven has to put strict laws in place and ensure that everyone is compliant. This is an injustice to the voiceless! The caretakers are in cahoots with the tenants leasing out these apartments only to later on prejudice the needy.
