Bad service

I am disappointed at the East London branch communication and care level. I had a year lease agreement at one of their properties,Gonubie Palms. On occupation at the property I waited for them to come and inspect the place with me but no one ever came and now I did not renew the lease I moved out on the 9th of October and returned the key on that same day. My lease was ending on 31st October and I did pay that month's rent since I was moving before month end. I was advised by the agents that I would get my deposit money 14 working days from the day of vacating premises but even today I have not received any of my money and no one is communicating anything with me. Poor business management😓
