BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very unhappy with your port elizabeth branch,n it's now 3 weeks since I have app**** for a place no call back no email back the lady Tutula excuse is the whole time is its probably still processing she will follow up but she never call back or even let me know if we got in or not its very bad customer service. It's just a phone call to say yes or no but u guys are so quick to take the application money I wonder even if my application has been processed as I self work with credit and for sure as hell it doesn't take 3 weeks for an answer
