OVEN DELIGHTS SELLS SPOILT CAKES

Absolutely Shoddy & Poor service when stale or spoilt products needs to be returned. I Bought a sponge cake from Oven Delights in Ayesha Centre, Chatsworth and discovered that the cream was spoilt. Brought it back the next day in its original packaging. (Oven Delights Box) The store manager was dabbling for 10 minutes before even acknowledging my query. Then she calls the Owner, Mr Rajan. I didn't have my slip but my purchase was verified by the cashier. The owner made every possible excuse to deny me a refund. I left the store allowing Mr Rajan to get rich with my hard earned R38 that I paid, for a SPOILT Cake. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT OVEN DELIGHTS
