Worst lying people
Worst experience they complicated my life and are ****s. I was managing my debts just fine they **** to me saying they are assessing my interest rates since I am overcharged next thing I am under debt review immediately called they said I should pay R5000 for legal fees month end they debited R7000 from my account and are now ignoring me so ****ed. My accounts are barred I am broke and it's month end today because of them

16 Oct 2025, 10:51Fortunately I have call recordings from all conversations with your agents when I first complained Laila and someone from legal department only advise was that I pay R5000 legal fees for cancelation did not even attempt to resolve the matter nor investigate.i paid the R5000 they still debited R7000 from my account when I enquired Laila called and acted like she has never interacted with me .i sent all documents then she decided not to respond anymore. Financial,emotionally and physically you company has negatively impacted my life.i was handling my debts pretty well and now everything is a mess
