Unsavory business practice and invasion of Personal Information
I received a call from an agent at this company telling me about interest rate reduction explained to him that I am not interested and later received an sms stating I gave consent for my credit report being pulled which I did not give consent to. This is ******** and against POPIA regulations. I’ve made contact with my attorney in order to lay a formal lawsuit as my privacy was invaded and my private information was pulled with no consent. This companies contact number does not even exist.
