OutDebt Advisors are ****mers

They called my brother on Wednesday, explaining that they work for ABSA where his vehicle is financed and that they are sent by ABSA to reduce his installment. He was then asked to accept the mandate. Now ABSA is sending him emails telling him that he is under debt review and that he should call OutDebt to remove him because they have no business with OutDebt. I would like to know where and how they obtain personal and relevant information about the public.
