Dont go near these people. Unprofessional and ****mers are the first two words that come to mind when to mind when i hear their name. The reason i even entertained the call was because they said they were calling on behalf of my bank. I listened to the call, protesting all the way as it was the night before a public holiday and i was making supper for my son and a friend. I asked them to call back but they said that they too wanted to get home to their families but they did not want me to miss onthis deal. Unfortantely i signed something, 1 page. I'm not even sure what because the document i they returned had my signature on a 30 plus page document. Before even knowing this i played the conversation over and over in my head and will never forget how they were high-fiving each other and celebrating when they thought they had hund up. By the Monday, i had been blocked on the system and barred from accessing any future credit. I called my bank said they would never endorse such calls. My life is at a standstill because of these guys. i don't think there's been one conversation with them that didn't result in me ending up in tears. If you do need to go under debt review there are more reputable companies out there that are way more customer focused. i'm currently trying everything in my power to disassociate myself form Outdetbt but it looks like it going to cost me more money in legal fees. For the record i had paid R60 000 before they started making payments. In December i received an SMS to say they had paid R2000 to my creditors, the rest was for their fees. This was month 4! Oh yes, good luck trying to get hold of them telephoncially.
