Outdebt Advisers has done it again

i had a call from these guys telling me congrats that i have been selected to get a reprieve or lower payment option on my debt and the more i said i am busy the more the person on the other end was pushing and pushing. only to catch on when there was a standard bank Debi check that this was for debt counselling and for someone that was paying my debts and all accounts paid, it was not needed. Got another call from this company and i the person that they did not advise it was for debt counselling when i was called in the morning, this person was very surprised but then no contact and in this time i want to get hold of them to cancel. the first caller said that they would add me to WhatsApp but nothing came through on my phone. and since i was still using my accounts i thought was all good. I paid my accounts at the end of March but when i wanted o use my accounts it was blocked(under debt counselling). then the battle started about getting hold of someone. on their site you have to jump through hoops to get hold of anyone and i tried to get hold of the nrc people and they advised to get hold of outdebt directly. s i had to use a business machine to log on via a scan code and then their detail popped up on my phone so this was a bit more than a week into April and then i requested a cancellation form as one of my debtors directed me to and up until that i am still waiting on this form all my accounts are still frozen. It is currently not a happy Easter in my house because of these ****mers. and when i someone rep**** on my WhatsApp the first time, they were more worried about it being more than 5 days of me telling them that i want to cancel and they have since not rep**** to any of my messages either on mail or WhatsApp. Absolutely ******* people to deal with
