Outdebt

I received a call on 28 September 2024 from Nabeelah at outdebt saying she was calling wry to a outstanding loan or retail accounts. She asked to confirm my ID number that she had in front of her. After confirmation she named all the stores I had an account with but then she mentioned that I was in arrears with a store which I was not.whem I told her that the information was correct, she asked me to hold on for her manager.He answered the call congratulating me on the down payment of my home loan and I was shocked to hear him tell me that it was down paid which I know was not. When I asked him when that happened, he asked me if it wasn't paid up. That's when the story sounded *****. He asked me when I made payment on my stores account. When I asked him what the purpose of his call was he just said... Its OK ma'am enjoy the rest of ur day... And an sms followed to say I gave consent to have my credit report checked.
