Cancelation time not met

If there were no stars for rating, I wouldn't pick even one, but i picked one star because it's the minimum.

I am so. so disappointed in Garcia my advisor. She has been ducking me close to a week now. I asked her to cancel the process, and she told me to pay R6000 cancelation fee, and the cancellation process will take a month to clear my name from being flagged. I then paid it along with other requirements that were compulsory. I was told it would take a month, but I've waited for a month and its past that now and whenever I call in, I'm being told that she has stepped out and at one time I had called four times that day and each and every time I was told that she was not there and that she has stepped out. This is unfair and is costing me as she knows what is at stake. Can someone do something here as this need's urgent intervention.
