Be careful

Be very careful for this company. Even though I did not have a debt issue they signed me up for debt review, with is very *********. The conversation with the agent was not 100% clear on what I was signing up for. Once I realized it was debt review I phoned within 2-3 hours and tried to cancel. None of their numbers worked, so I found their number through DC Partner. They then started the cancellation but wanted to charge me R8000 reduced to R4000. I refused and the 2nd agent resumed my policy with a 2nd debit mandate claiming he was going to cancel it the right way. After receiving no communication for 2 days from their side I got a lawyer involved and they then cancelled my policy. I appreciate that Its been cancelled but they did not make the process easy. This company has an extreme communicate problem.
