Very Poor Service

Before I even start I am very aware that in their shops they state 7days to return.In February I bought a very expensive jersey for my wife for Valentines day.As we live about 120km from the nearest branch we cannot get to town every day to shop.I was told that as I bought the item in Feb they would not change it.After 4 calls to head office and 2 emails this was the responce.All we wanted was a credit note for the jersey so that my wife could choose something later that she would like.I have been a regular customer of this group for many years and I feel to be treated like this seems to be the way SA is going.
