R1000.00 dress does not fit after ensuring it will fit after ordering dress from Knysna and we had to pay upfront

Out of Blue shop Willowbridge is the worst staff including the owner.My wife fitted a dress there it did not fit.Then the assisrant Nienie said she can order the dress from Knysna branch but my wife must pay for the dress R1000.00.before she can order it and she gave my wife the surety that the dress will fit.The dress arrived and did not fit.The assistant said that they cannot refund even though she assured my wife the dress will fit.My question why did you not get the dress from Knysna and call my wife to come in to fit the dress.The assistant made sure she take tha R1000.00 first.Then the owner very sly woman said she offer for the dress to be altered for free by her factory in Salt River.Not forgetting the petrol we driving out to get this flippin dress sorted out.My wife goes to the factory then they tell her they don't have that fabric.I must say poor service when I asked the assistant the name of the boss she refused to give it to me.Out of the Blue stores are definitely not a recommendation rather go to a reputable shop.Their attitude stink.
