Pathetic

I apparently won a prize from them I got confirmation via messenger When I asked if I could pick it up I am told I did not win because I missed out because u am not a good customer even though I do buy at their stores not sure what they mean by good customer my point is you cannot tell someone they win a prize send confirmation of this and then decide no you don’t deserve the prize Pathetic
