Out of the Blue leaves a bad taste in you mouth.

Never in my life have I ever had such a sickening experience with a retailer than with Out of the Blue clothing. December I bought myself a dress at one of their stores in Plettenberg Bay. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the fabric and the dress started deteriorating after wearing it once. On returning it I was informed that they don't refund customers and I need to choose something els from the store. Since there wasn't anything I wanted I asked them to please refund me. The very helpful shop assistant said she'll speak to head office and get back to me. I received a call from head office informing me that they did get returns on that specific range and it was faulty fabric and can they offer me a voucher. That is when the whole ordeal started. What a nightmare! All I wanted was a refund. I don't think that was unreasonable. I eventually went back to chose something that I didn't really like, then I had to pay extra for this dress and they didn't have my size. After making promises of delivering it within two days to my door in Johannesburg I left. (oh they wanted ME to pay the delivery fee!!!). Two and a half months later, after a million calls, threats, begging, loosing my temper, the dress arrived in the wrong colour!!! So now I have a dress that is not my first choice, that I payed extra for, waited two and a half months for, in the wrong color. I have such a bad tasted in my mouth that I doubt I'll ever wear the thing that cost me R1500!!! After talking to a few people it came to light that this is standard practice for Out of the Blue. Bullying their customers and insanely bad service. SIES MAN!

We have discussed you returning the to a store for a full refund on your credit card .
I personally apologize for the inconvenience.
