Do not pay Out of Blue if garment is not exactly right

Fitted shirt in Knysna on 21/12/2021, but too small. Sales lady & owner of company quick to ensure that bigger size should fit. Paid for 2 shirts, to be then collected at Woodlands branch in January 2021. When bigger size were tried, it was even less comfortable. I requested a refund, but saleslady at Woodlands excuse " she was not working on the shift when arrangement has been made". Send 3 mails, and 2 telephone calls to request re- imbur*****t. 10 days later "still looking into it". I do not understand what needs to be done next. But reading reviews, it seems this is their way of misleading customers.
