Disgusted

So, I went to this shop not with the purpose of buying something,just looking as it is my first time even walking in to the shop. Lady come up to me and said oohhh you have to try this, this would look so beautiful. Okay, so I tried it on and she showed me the different ways how I can wear it. I was very unsure as it was also expensive. I show it to hubby when I got Home and he doesn't like it at all. So I phone the shop if I can return it and get my money back. After the lady said I can bring it back and she will just refund me. So when I phone, no sorry we can give you a voucher and it is against there policy to give money back. But, I am the client and I want my money back this item was R995 and I don't want a voucher there is NOTHING I LIKE..... I phone the head office in Salt River, the lady took my number and name and said she will get back to me. No one phoned me back. I pick up my phone to ask what is happening and what are they going to do about this. Where this disrespectful woman doesn't even listen to what I got to say, I couldn't even get a bleddie word in. I am sooo upset. I don't know what to do.... that is why I NEVER EVER brought something because of things like this. You always try to keep your clients happy no matter what.... my first time buyer and the bleddie last time that I will EVER buy from you. I'm in Sales and if my client comes back YOU HELP THEM, YOU GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEM. YOU CALL THAT SERVICE MY DEAR..... I DON'T WANT A VOUCHER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD.

YOUR SERVICE AND WAY OF SPEAKING TO ME WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!?????
