Out of the blue is blatant *******.My wife purchased a dress from Willowbridge branch but it did not fit her so Anien the saleslady guaranteed my wife that they have a dress at their knysna branch and it would definitely fit.She told my wife that before she could order the dress my wife must pay for the dress.My wife pais R1100.00 for the dress and when the dress came it did not fit.We took the dress back to Willowbridge however the owner Diane and the saleslady just refused to refund or compensate us.Diane very rude woman does not acknowledge us just ignores us and the saleslady referred us to their factory for alterations which the factory did not have of that fabric over and just said they could not help us.We are now a lost of R1100.00 and the dress of no use lying in the cupboard.
