Well with OTT they ****** me straight up,I entered their Competition which was second chance where you have to purchase OTT via Zapper and you will win R1000,I entered I think 18 times if not 24 times,then Competition ended and when you enter the competition they ask for your number and email,so I got a call and didn't have airtime to get back to them then I wrote them on Whatsapp then they told me they chose another winner and I was like how come you choose another winner so fast without trying to write me an email and tell me you didn't reach me so may I please get back to you just like other people when they do Competitions,they didn't even bother with me on Whatsapp,they couldn't care less that I was a winner but they chose another winner without trying their best to reach me first,their service is the worst.

I will wait for your reply but I even have screenshot where I sent to one of your consultant or somebody I was chatting with on Whatsapp who just didn't care and just told me it was you who called but since I didn't get back to you as soon as I received the call,they chose another winner,you couldn't write an email nor await a bit then call me again as some of us become busy,some of us are working so we won't be around the cellphone all the time,but I appreciate the effort replying to me,I will wait for you to call me regarding my prize as you said,if you don't call within 7 days I will come back here and tell Hello Peter that you didn't do as you said Thank you.
