OTT Vouchers will take your money and not give you the voucher.

I just cannot get my 1000 voucher from these people.i purchased the voucher on their website but did not receive the voucher details via sms as promised. At the end of the transaction on the website, it says.call customer support if you do not receive your voucher details via sms.

I called them and was told it will take 24hours and was given a wtsapp contact.I tried them and sent everything I needed to send and that was 3 days ago.
