Ott no pin!!

I won airtime vouchers about 2 weeks ago,via there Second chance competition, I never received pins to redeem the airtime, I tried communicating with them via WhatsApp, they only bluetick me, don't know if it was a hacked site or what, but usually they paid out if you won.
