"Frustrating Experience with OTT's Spin and Win Competition

I recently participated in OTT's Spin and Win competition, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The site had issues where my wheel kept spinning endlessly, and despite reaching out to their support team via email and WhatsApp, I received no response.

Later, when I logged into my OTT4me account, I discovered that I had won two vouchers for the Goldrush Aviator game. However, I was not notified about this win. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the bonuses, they were deemed invalid. After speaking with an agent, I found out that the bonuses had already expired by the end of November, which was not communicated to me at all.

The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. I hope OTT addresses these issues promptly to prevent other users from experiencing the same level of frustration and disappointment.
