WORST OPTOMETRIST IN SPRINS - OSMANS OPTICAL

Myself, my husband and son had our eyes tested as Osmans Optical at Blue Crane Springs Mall, everything was fine, tests were fast and the Optometrist was great and very helpful, but I really don't know how they can have the receptionist come to work looking like that, no people s**** and very un neat. I have asked to let me know when all our glasses are ready at the same time, well I think that was way too much for their brains, I got numerous calls and msg about my sons glasses that are ready than mine, then phoning back they made a mistake mine is ready but they have to send it back cause its not the right this and that. After receiving the correct glasses for me I decided to go fetch my sons, my sunglasses and reading glasses as well as my husband reading/driving glasses but his sunglasses was something wrong with so they had to send it back to get it fixed. 2 days later they phoned me advising both my husbands glasses was ready but it got missing somewhere they have to prepare new ones for him, please keep in mind that I have already got his reading/driving glasses. After lots of calls and fights, they realized their mistake and all our glasses was collected and the family was able to see. My son's glasses broke a few days later due to factory fault, they had it fixed in no time. My husband's glasses broke a few weeks ago, took it to them on Sunday to have it fix, get there the lady helping us had PINK SKI PANTS and a T-shirt on with flops in a shopping centre Optometrist. Again not very knowledgeable. Get a phone call on Monday they can not fix it on the warrantee cause someone unprofessional tried to bend the glasses. So he wants me to tell her what to do now. Well, that was me, I lost it completely, I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO OSMANS OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. My husband's glasses are ready for collection which we have to pay for, but that will be the last time they see my face or my money.
