Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever.
Very disappointing experience. I made my booking yesterday for today and arrived 15 minutes before my 14:30 appointment. I was asked to wait, even though the optometrist was not busy. When 14:30 arrived, I was told I would be called in next. Instead, another patient who had arrived after me was called in ahead of me. The receptionist even tried to inform the optometrist that I was the patient who was supposed to be seen first. The optometrist’s response was that the other patient was there for a driver’s licence eye test and that it would “only take five minutes,” and that I should continue waiting. That was completely unacceptable. I had booked an appointment and arrived early, yet my scheduled time was disregarded in favour of a walk-in or later-arriving patient. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. I chose to cancel my appointment immediately and specifically requested that no claim be submitted to my medical aid. This experience showed a lack of respect for patients’ time and poor appointment management. I won’t be returning.

Pathetic all round Service
Don't waste your time going to Osman's Optical in Stonehill Crossing , their service is pathetic, the quality of their frames is so inferior and in my opinion the reading glasses bought at clicks or Dischem exceeds the quality of Osman's Optical at Stonehill Crossing. When you go there with complains about frame problems or even strength of glasses the optician who works there has a don't care attitude and blames the customer for breaking the frame . Also they don't give you the correct strength of glasses. In my opinion they deserve a zero rating

Glasses
Giod day.i had a bad experience with osmans at northmead health centre.i had a pair off glasses made and eye test done.when i recieved the glasses i notived that the left arm was broken and fixed.put in a complaint and they send the glasses back to the lab witch they told me that a new frame has been ordered.waited 2 weeks and got the glasses back,allingment of the arms is still not fixed,the one lense is sticking out off the frame more then the other one.really not happy with the sercive i recieved.had to pay 3000 rand cash as i do not have a medical aid.now i am struggling with management to get this sorted out
