TERRIBLE service

I went there for a eye test a 3 weeks back . The next week got a phone call so quick to say my glasses is there when I went the frames wasn't right and my lenses neither so did another test waited 2 weeks to come back phone them no it takes long because I can't make up my mind what frames I wanted they did the wrong frames but btw my lenses were wrong asswell I can't claim back bu my medical aid cuz they already paid them after 3 weeks I'm only getting my glasses they cheap yes but service is pathetic I would never in my life suggestion them
