suppliers not helping

its more the supplier I want to report then osmans. I truly need my contacts - and for some reason the lenses they supp**** Osmans I cannot see through - they tested and saw the strength in the packet is wrong - now i have to wait a month - i need my lenses. and they need to run test etc - why would the customer lie about seeing - this is our glasses we pay expensive for this stuff!! all we want is service - how bad is SA getting on customer service. I mean comeon.....
