Poor and Disgusting Service!! (Park Meadows)

It's disappointing that 1 star is the lowest star/rating you can give to Osman's Optical. I went to the Park Meadows store about 2 weeks ago, It's been way past the 5-10 working days and the store isn't picking up their phone and I am travelling this evening. The service is poor, turn over time is horrible, and there is little to no regard for customers. I 100% would advise against getting your glasses made at any Osman's Optical store as it seems their service is **** all around. I am beyond disappointed. Their cheap prices really represent the cheap service you receive from them. Zero star from me.
