I was there a month ago for an eye test and bought two new pairs of glasses on the same day. As it was time to pay the deposit I decided to pay card only for them to tell me the card machine doesn't work at times and the payment isn't going through. I then said no problem I will Pay Cash. Little did I know the card payment did go through and they took my cash [also they gave me a written receipt but they didn't send me a electronic receipt on the day] Only when I went a month later to pay again the 'remaining balance' did I notice that the card payment went through the first time meaning they received the full amount on the first day card + the cash payment I made. Therefore I landed up paying them extra when I thought I only had to pay the remaining balance mean time all was paid for on the first day. I then phoned them and enquired about the situation only for them to tell me that I paid with card and no cash. (as if I wouldn't remember counting my money and paying cash that day!) oh and BTW I had a witness with me. And even my witness recalls what happened. When confronting them in person there side of the story is completely off and they have no camera footage of the day when I asked to see how this can be reviewed? They can't show concrete evidence of what happened that day! Even there statements are a joke! I'm extremely disgusted by this as I know for a fact they've chosen to pocket the extra payment for themselves! Do NOT.. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO THERE! Absolute *****s!
