Osmans brentwoodpark

I was at brentwood Park branch they can not greet you and the lady who help have no manners, you can not hear her voice properly and if you complain by the lady who do eye test and she stand there with a attitude and just say "okay" the whole time. My glasses 1 ear are longer than the other than they say it is how I take my glass off.
