Optometrist not up to standard

<p>I experienced the worst service from the Osmans in Meyersdal Square. I paid cash for my contact lenses only to receive some stock for my one eye while for the remainder of the month did not get stock. when calling them I received serious attitude from the Receptionist to say her boss was not in for the next 2 days, completley uncaccetaple , am I supposed to wait for2 days to have my right contact lense attended to. Very quick to take the cash but seriously slow on client delivery. I woudl like to also mention that my eye test was done in 10 minutes , I have now had to rebook my eye test elsewhere just to double check that the prescription is correct. Client service is so important but clearly not very important for the new owners that have taken over .</p>
