Great service Johanna of Osman Optical

I am very much impressed with the staff of Osmans Optical from Mall@Carnival. Especially Johanna, she is always willing to assist clients and always have a smile in her face. Keeps her promise to call back to give feedback. Recently my glass frame broke and she spoke to her manager and called me to give feedback that they will assist with new ones.
