Dissappointed at Osmans Middelburg

Dissappointing service received from Osmans Optometrist in Middelburg. Appointment was on 28 Febr'23 at 11;00 am, was only assisted at 11:30 am. Did test and I instructed Osmans that I needed my new lenses to be tinted as I need to wear them daily while driving in sunlight. Received my spectacles on the 8th of March 2023. The following day I messaged them, asking why my glasses doesn't tint in sunlight? Their response was that we didn't invoice you for that, but can have it done for R1500. On the 4th of April 2023 I went into their offices again for the extra tinting to be done, only to hear that I'll need new lenses to be made. What the F@@@!!!!
