BAD SERVICE

I went to Brentwood Park branch. I received my new glasses in less than a week....but that wasnt correct I went back and tell them...The lady tell me I must wear it for 2weeks than I will see better. After a week that i cant use my glasses because it blur if I try to look on the pc that i need to do for my work...I took the glasses back and say take it i want my money...after a week I received a mail they promise me 50% back that wasnt the truth.....I know more people that complain about there service very very bad
