Aloof, dismissive and ********** service

<p>The service desk/Reception does not have a friendly voice nor attitude upon greeting to start with (Spoke to an unfriendly low volume and energy Abigail) Osman's Optical Rivonia Boulevard - ***.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The optometrist I spoke to today wanted to cheat me as I am on medical aid with Discovery. She wanted me to think she was doing me a favour by charging me everything in my medical savings (R2332.00), When I insisted that she actually check how much she would have charged me without the Discovery discount of 20% she said 2700, which after the discovery discount comes to R2160.00. When I told her that she would have cheated me if I hadn't asked her about it specifically, she said I was beginning to annoy her. What is alarms me is how she comes to such a conclusion as she in fact almost cheated me a whole&nbsp;R172.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I believe this is utterly un-ethical behaiviour from someone in such a proffession and am quite alarmed, so in effect this lady is a cheat, from what transpired between myself and her only about 10 mins ago (09/05/2016 - 15:42). This optometrist is a complete disgrace to her proffession.&nbsp;</p>
