Osmans value center BAD SERVICE

Very disappointing service. Asked 3 staff members for assistance with something as simple as helium and none could assist, each gave a "no care" attitude. Took it up with the manager and he himself gave me an attitude and information which doesn't concern me about the short staff and bank details. Very disappointing and made me feel very depressed. How can a store manager become a store manager if he can't manage his store properly.
