Money hungry and unprofessional retailer
NEVER GOING BACK!!! Osmans Cash and Carry - Springfield. Picked 5 items to purchase of which 3 scanned incorrectly at the POS. One of the items was listed at R8.99 but scanned R38.99. Supervisor/Manager Shabnum stated that the staff members in charge of changing the price tags were absent so she can't help that. Second and third item was packed on the wrong shelf by the staff as stated by Shabnum. I told her all of which is of no fault of the customer as her staff seems not capable of doing their job correctly and I should pay the price that is marked on the shelf. I was told by Shabnum that I won't be getting the price as listed on the shelf and pay the price shown at the POS and it's my decision on what to do. I left the store without purchasing any of the items. I am positive that other customers were also ********** if they did not watch the prices on the POS. I will never support that store or any Osmans store again.
