GO BACK TO JOBURG!

<p>Short story - wanted a item in store had no price on it. Lady gave us a price of R5.50 when we got to the till it was scanned at R6.99 after disputing it and telling them it was not the price we were given - 4 managers/supervisors later all of them giving us the same attitude take it or leave it that is how the system is they cannot change it etc etc. They call Nazeem whom I had a conversation with earlier when I enquired why the Johannesburg store had closed? AFter telling him we were quoted R5.50 same story..... This gentleman taps me on the shoulder and tells me to go back to Joburg - I mean really? I am the customer I have always bought various items at Osmans - I didnt need this - I was so angry and cannot believe that is how I was treated? Perhaps you need to get the store in order and get the pricing right</p>
