Warrenty promise a lie

I purchased an HTC 10. Just two days after receipt of this phone the fast charger stopped charging. I infomed Orange, and over a week later I still have no adequate response.

Yesterday Orange contacted me and said they would send me a new charger but I would have to pay for it!!!

The phone was three days old and I must pay for a faulty charger???

Orange delivery is good but there after sales service, in my case, is very suspect, BEWARE.

In the event of an accessory being faulty within the warranty period, you would be issued with a replacement of that accessory, naturally stock availability dependent however we would ensure to minimize any inconvenience on your part.
We can assure you your matter will be resolved and there is no need for concern.
Kind Regards

Very well finalised by “Orange” representative, Mr Parker in Johannesburg, I have a new charger and withdraw my "Beware" comment initially.
