Unjustified delay on phone repair.

I mailed my cellphone for repairs at orange. 14 april it arrived at their offices at 18 Eglin Road<br> Sunninghill, Johannesburg. On 21 April 2015 they acknowledged recieving the phone at their repair center. However the have still not informed me of the progress of the repairs or sent me a quote. I have been waiting for allmost 4 Months. I have called and emailed them various times and they refuse to give me a answer as to why it is taking so long or how they are progressing with the repairs. This is unaceptable.
