Taking money for no product - can't get money back

They advertised that they had stock of the Nexus 5. I bought it, paid in full. After 10 days, the status was still \Ordered on request" I had to contact THEM only to hear that they are out of stock and there aren't going to be future stock. I then requested a refund. Again they they acknowledged the request but did nothing about it. I had to contact THEM again and be told that they'll escalate the issue to their Finance department. I informed them that my next communication will be via HelloPeter. Again"
