Superb Service Delivery

I ordered a device from the Orange website on Wednesday night and received the handset Friday morning, despite having to change my delivery address over the phone. The company keeps one informed every step of the way and the call centre staff are sincere, helpful and friendly. The company was so efficient that I was already enjoying the use of my new device when I got an e-mail to say that the order had been shipped. It's a pity that I can only afford to buy a new phone every few years but I recommend Orange to friends and family. Thank you Orange - you are phenomenal!
