Still waiting to here if my order was received

After placing an order 5 days ago I have yet to be informed that it has actually been received. I keep on getting told about how finance needs to get back to them and they can't even just call them and ask if my order was actually received.<br> <br> For a new mobile operator in the country this really isn't impressive.<br> <br> I just want to know if I'm getting what I paid for and when?<br> <br>
