Refund
Hi I over paid my order online R249.00 - Order reference 573B5F55B662, on the 14th I gave my banking details its the 21st and I still have no refund? Is there any way to follow up on this order????

It's not possible to refund you before your product is returned as we need to ensure you return the actual product you have specified.
